Steps to reproduce:
1. In Safari, tap the share button and choose "Add to Home Screen"
2. Open the saved app
3. Try to drag another split-view enabled app to the side of your current web app
Expected Results:
You are able to drag in the other and resize the split view handle like you can with Safari
Actual Results:
The web app can only ever use the entire screen
