This issue is an annoyance to me when I'm working on forms with disabled elements. Sometimes I will want to right-click to inspect the disabled element, in order to change its markup and remove the disabled attribute, and then use the input (to submit a form, e.g.). But with this bug, I need to inspect somewhere near the element, and then find the disabled one, and enable it.
