Tools/DumpRenderTree/ForwardingHeaders and Tools/TestWebKitAPI/ForwardingHeaders can be removed. Unfortunately it looks like Tools/DumpRenderTree/TestNetscapePlugin/ForwardingHeaders might be needed. Still looking into how that can be removed.
