In the latest nightly build I still see 100/100. Can you please provide more information about what problem you are seeing? Shift-clicking on the "A" in "Acid" will provide some useful diagnostic information.

I can confirm this bug on a 24" iMac running Leopard. The Acid3 test scores between 97-100 with the latest nightly build of webkit.
To reproduce do a google search for "acid3" and start the test by clicking on the top link. This always brings a score of either 97 or 99. Reload the page and Webkit will pass the test.
Output from Acid3:
Failed 1 tests.
Test 26 passed, but took 45ms (less than 30fps)
Test 80 failed: kungFuDeathGrip was null
Total elapsed time: 0.25s
