Summary: Move docking buttons to the TabBar. When docked, add a close button (X) immediately before the first normal tab. The button/tab order should be (left to right): - Close button (docked only) - Normal tabs (Elements, Network, etc) - Tab picker (>>) - Search - Settings Docked: - Undock - Dock opposite Undocked: - Dock side - Dock bottom

I personally like the approach taken by Chrome, in that it has a vertical ellipsis menu with the dock options. Having two separate buttons for docking state seems wasteful. Personally, I so very rarely switch from dock-right to something else, so I'd prefer having more space for the tabs or other buttons (like the element picker perhaps).
