It looks like it fails to import the resource file http://www.w3c-test.org/mathml/relations/html5-tree/unique-identifier-1-ref-iframe.html used by http://www.w3c-test.org/mathml/relations/html5-tree/unique-identifier-1-ref.html ; maybe because of the "-ref" (if so I guess we can rename that file upstream).
