When trying to run dyz inside our jhbuild environment, I see the following error:

xkbcommon: ERROR: couldn't find a Compose file for locale "C"

Clearly there is something missing from our jhbuild, as it should run without any errors.

(Not planning to work on this one myself. Since we do not expect users to consume the jhbuild modulesets, minor bugs here are not release blockers.)
