Summary:
The HTML-element 'input type="file"' allows to take a photo or video in mobile Safari. However, since iOS 11 this doesn't work anymore for web apps "installed" to the home screen with the meta tag "apple-mobile-web-app-capable" set to "yes": instead of the camera picture only a black screen appears.
Steps to Reproduce:
Add a web app with a simple form and a single 'input type="file"' - Element to the home screen. Open it and tap on the file chooser button. Then select "Take photo".
Expected Results:
Camera should open and allow to take picture or video.
Actual Results:
Camera opens, but shows no picture and doesn't allow to take a picture or video.
Version/Build:
iPhone 7, iPad mini, iOS 11
