We'll need to talk with him and see what the license on the tests are (and get a copy of all of them in one zip).

I think extensive coverage around CSS 2.1 and CSS2 spec is available via WPT now (previously on W3C Test Suite). Do we need to import them as of today? I am able to download them from Wayback Archive in single zip file (if needed).

I don't think we need to import this test suite at this point.
