Kannada Sangam MN and Kannada MN which are default fonts in mac OS. Safari loads Kannada Sangam MN for "Sansserif" class and Kannada MN loads for "Serif" class. Both fonts have issues rendering nukta. Case 5A and 5B: "Google Noto Sans Kannada" loads Kannada Nukta with consonants correctly. Safari/mac default font fails. Case 5C: Nukta with vowel. "Kannada Noto Sans Kannada" loads Kannada Nukta with vowel correctly in Chrome and FAILS in Safari- Apple core text engine. Safari/mac default fonts fails in both Chrome and Safari http://kannadafont.blogspot.com/2017/09/nukta-with-vowel-form.html

The fix for this issue was needed outside the WebKit project, therefore this is being resolved as 'Moved'. This relevant team is evaluating the issue under <rdar://problem/34260455>.
