The rest of the video is not shown. This is working fine for me with WebKitGTK+ 2.20.1 and Epiphany 3.28.1.1 on a HiDPI display and an Intel GPU. Could you please check whether the issue is gone for you as well and close the issue? Thanks!

*Seems* to be fixed, though I think I saw this not too long ago.
