animations/resume-after-page-cache.html is a flaky test.

The test is flaky on iOS Simulator WK2 according to the Flakiness Dashboard:
https://webkit-test-results.webkit.org/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#showAllRuns=true&tests=animations%2Fresume-after-page-cache.html

It occasionally fails on Sierra leaks as well.
