Dock to side looks better and most people seem to prefer that.

Do we have data on this?

If most people do prefer dock to right, we should improve Web Inspector UI when it's narrow. Off the top of my head:
- In Debugger, watch expressions are unusable in narrow sidebar;
- In Debugger and Resources, the console prompt is too narrow when both sidebars are open;
- Network tab is nearly useless as most column only show ellipses.

I'd like to dock to right more often, but I can't use Web Inspector in that mode for my day-to-day tasks.
