API test WebKit2.WebsitePoliciesAutoplayQuirks is a flaky timeout This test was added with https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/213656/webkit and I have seen it time out on the bots a few times now. Most recent example: https://build.webkit.org/builders/Apple%20Sierra%20Release%20WK2%20(Tests)/builds/2422
