Description Brent Fulgham 2017-06-16 09:32:23 PDT

The WebContent process currently blocks all access to AVFoundation's VideoPerformanceHUD preference, which is needed by certain diagnostic tools. We should allow this read access so that AVFoundation can check whether it should be displaying diagnostic data for troubleshooting.
