Summary: When viewing Resources on the STP33 release notes page, SVG files and the favicon didn't display properly. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Inspect <https://webkit.org> 2. Show Resources tab 3. Select "webkit.svg" (https://webkit.org/wp-content/themes/webkit/images/webkit.svg) => Nothing is shown in the content area Notes: • This likely regressed in r214010 <https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/214010/webkit/trunk>.
