Both tests:
fast/multicol/newmulticol/remove-row-content5.html
fast/multicol/newmulticol/remove-row-content9.html

Are flaky Image Failures that also time out intermittently. This seems to be a recent occurrence.
I was unable to reproduce the failures locally.
