The test loader/stateobjects/replacestate-size-iframe.html is a flaky timeout on Sierra wk2 Debug.

The test is already marked as slow but as of 5/10/2017 the test began to timeout with first incident marked on the dashboard.

Unsure if these are related.
Was unable to reproduce locally.

Ended up reproducing locally with:
run-webkit-tests loader/stateobjects/replacestate-size-iframe.html -f --iterations=100 --no-retry-failures

Adjusted the test expectations to only apply to currently timing out test.
