I can confirm the bug. Webkit r31114 renders menu but in wrong position. Main menu items are not clickable. It differs from Gecko and Opera rendering. On that browsers menu works correctly but doesn't display submenus.

With Javascript disabled all menu items are clickable and work correctly. However in Firefox I can not seem to access the menu that is in the top left corner in WebKit.
