Coding style conventions need to move to the Wiki and use numbers per-section
The coding style should be in the wiki for easier maintenance.
We should be able to refer to sections as section 12.3.4, right now we have to say "Other punctuation, bullet 3"

Coding style conventions are in Wiki now: http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/Coding%20Style%20Guidelines

http://webkit.org/coding/coding-style.html have now list items numbered. Wiki page haven't.

Not valid with the new website. Uses section anchors for easy sharing and reference.
