1. Enter some text in the first field. 2. Move away and back to the field. Placeholder as label not spoken by VoiceOver.

note that placeholder/aria-placeholder should now NOT take part in the accessible name calculation, per https://github.com/w3c/html-aam/issues/87 title, on the other hand, is still part of the calculation algorithm, so this part of the bug report is still valid.
