Created attachment 305387 [details] [Video] Watch Expression popover resize Summary: Watch Expression popover updated twice when shown. The double update causes a noticeable resize animation. The Edit Breakpoint" popover updates only once, and has no visible resizing when shown. See attached video for a comparison.

This will happen to the Edit Breakpoint popover, if a CodeMirror field is part of the initial popover content: 1. Edit Breakpoint 2. Add Action -> Evaluate JavaScript 3. Enter "true" 4. Dismis dialog 5. Edit Breakpoint => Popover is updated twice, animates height
