Closing this bug as we'll track progress on implementing Web Animations via more feature-focus bugs rather than tracking progress of each interface which doesn't really make sense since interfaces can't be implemented in isolation of one another.

Could you reference which bugs we can use for tracking progress? Or a master bug?
