ANGEL is an online course tool similar to WebCT or Blackboard thats used by a variety of colleges and universities that does not support WebKit-based browsers, forcing schools that use this software to deploy a Gecko-based browser to full compatibility. The main issue is their in-tool email/messaging system.

WebCT is not compatible either.

ANGEL and WebCT have apparently been acquired by Blackboard since this bug was filed.
I think Blackboard is compatible with Safari now, so I'm marking this bug as RESOLVED/FIXED.
