If you use a release after r28899 you get the following error message: "the procedure entry point 'ucol_open_3_6' was not found in DLL 'icuin36.dll" This message box only can be confirmed by pressing the "OK"-button of the message box.

This is the only bug report. It's been mentioned several times on IRC this evening, as well as in email.

This should be fixed with the r29350 nightly build.
