Er, if that's really all it takes, then sure why not? Please add changelog entries using Tools/Scripts/prepare-ChangeLog, and set the r? Bugzilla flag when you upload the new patch. See https://webkit.org/contributing-code/#changelog-files

Pacho, have you tried building more recent releases of WebKitGTK+ on Alpha? It would be interesting to know whether the patch you suggested in this bug report is still relevant. If yes, would you be willing to update the patch (if needed) and add the ChangeLog entries as requested by Michael? At any rate, thanks a lot for taking care of WebKitGTK+ on Alpha :)
