As specified in https://www.w3.org/TR/cssom-view-1/#extensions-to-the-mouseevent-interface,
now MouseEvent interface's coordinates type is declared as double instead of long.
After this change is addressed, it would be good to change Touch interface in the similar manner,
because it seems that the corresponding spec will be updated in the similar way as described in
https://w3c.github.io/touch-events/#touch-interface.
