macOS Sierra includes support for MobileAssets (which had previously been limited to iOS). Some system frameworks have optional features that take advantage of MobileAssets (language support, dictionaries, etc.) and are blocked by our sandbox. This patch expands the sandbox to allow access to these MobileAssets.
