WPT LayoutTests randomly timing out
Only on Sierra, large numbers of WPT tests are failing / timing out and causing testing to exit early.

Earliest occurrence I see was with https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/208566, which was a TestExpectations change.
This is an intermittent issue, though.
