I have two ellipse drawn in an SVG. One is having circular radius and the other one having non circular radius. In the non circular radius the stroke-width get doubled than normal one. URL: https://jsfiddle.net/m6gn6gvn/

This is a bug in an underlying framework (rdar://problem/29181857). There's nothing WebKit needs to do to fix it. It will be fixed in a future OS update.
