TSW# ID: AJPA-79CBEW - Steps to reproduce: 1. Open browser. 2. Enable minimap: Options -> Settings/Preferences -> General -> Mini map "On" 3. Go to some url, i.e. to http://www.iltalehti.fi 4. Move cursor to left and right, up and down. - Actual outcome: Mini map is not seen. <Reason:> If Mini map is supported, then minimap settings is available. Otherwise, the setting shouldn't be there.

Created attachment 17866 [details] Retrieve minimap support info from page scaler instead of WebkitView. This bug happens in 3.1m, 3.2m and 5.0 plateform build only. Because some phone doesn't support minimap, but we reset minimap enable flag from WebkitView after retrieve it from Page Scaler.
