I forgot to mention, this bug for the most part is not present in Chrome. Only the 33% zoom setting in Chrome shows pixel cracks. I do not know if this is due to the scale factors that Chrome uses, or if they fixed something after forking, but I can find no directly pertinent issue on bugs.chromium.org.

I don't see pixel cracks with this test case (in 2022). I believe this is fixed in Safari 16 (and possibly earlier).
