[mac-sierra wk1] css3/filters/backdrop/backdrop-filter-with-reflection* tests are flaky failures
These tests have been flaky on Sierra WK1 since the testers were brought online.

This is still a problem, even on some WebKit2 bots (internal). There are various failure modes, including edges being wrong, and having shadows where there shouldn't be any.
