Ctrl-clicking on the link works fine. Please provide clear steps to reproduce and a clear description of the issue you see when filing bug reports.

ooops I missed the steps . Sorry about that.. 1. Launch the testcase 2. Do Ctrl + Click on the href provided in the testcase. 3. Do it several times.. Safari launches a new tab just only one time irrespective of number of Ctrl+Clicks. FF launches n tabs for n number of ctrl+clicks.
