Does the work you are doing here include parsing the body and exposing the formData() method? I was thinking of taking that as a personal project, but don't want to conflict if its in progress here. I'll keep this bug for consuming FormData in the Request/Response constructors and write a separate bug for serializing out via the .formData() method. (I would assign myself, but I don't seem to have the bugzilla permissions to do that.)
