-Increasing timestamp values seen for 10 RAF cycles
+Went 120 RAF cycles without seeing 10 increasing timestamp values... yikes!

It's definitely flakey - Most recent run on the bots passed (https://build.webkit.org/results/Apple%20El%20Capitan%20Release%20WK2%20(Tests)/r204905%20(8833)/results.html)

I changed the test to give a little more info on the failure mode which will help guide me towards a solution.

Need to wait for it to fail on the bots again, though, as it's aces on my local machine.
