Steps to reproduce:
1. Open in browser the attached file "test case.svg"

Expected result: 
Just arc, no extra elements.

Actual result:
There is a thin straight line connecting arc edges.

Safari build: 
11601.5.17.1

Environment: 
OS X El Capitan 10.11.4

Also reproducible in:
Mobile Safari on iOS 9.3.4
Webkit 11601.5.17.1, r204753

Works as expected in:
Chrome Version 52.0.2743.116 (64-bit)
Firefox 47
IE11, Edge

This display bug is not inside WebKit, so having it here in Bugzilla is not appropriate. It's being tracked internally.
