While playing certain videos on YouTube at 2x speed, if one seeks to an unbuffered time the video remains on 2x speed and the audio is changed to 1x speed. Expected behavior is that the video and audio both remain at 2x speed after seeking to an unbuffered time. An example video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNVd5LxxNmQ
