Summary: Switching tabs can cause a triple layout of the content view. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Record data in the Network tab 2. Select a record, expand both sidebars 3. Switch to Console tab, or a tab which supports split console (open split console drawer in the latter case) 4. Switch back to Network tab => Three resize layouts occurs as sidebars and split console are shown/hidden
