Unverified, from a VO user:
If I bring up the web inspector and press the console tab, I cannot find the text field in which I can enter JavaScript commands. VoiceOver finds a frame alone at the end of the content area.
Steps:
1) Bring up the Web Inspector.
2) Use VO-right to console tab and press VO-space.
3) VO-right until you find the text field, it should be after the clear console button assuming no output is already in the log.
