Loading this content blocker app
https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardForiOS
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/adguard-adblock-privacy-protection/id1047223162?mt=8

or from Mozilla Focus

I using ios 9.3.3 public beta 1, then loading public beta 2, ios device restart and install this update. 10 min later,done. now open safari and go to website with ad. you can see no blocking.

then I see in settings from safari, the app is on!! in this case disable and activate again. go to website again, now blocking!!

this is bug!! always if update new ios version!!

please fix

I test again, content blocker is on

Now!

This time iOS 9.3.2 (13F69) update -> iOS 10 Beta 1 (14A5261v)

It comes same issue, no blocking.

Test 2 for you:

Current have not OS X device here.

Install content blocker using the new API since OS X 10.11
e.g adguard or 1Blocker

Then update e.g from OS X 10.11.5 (15F34) -> macOS Beta 1 (16A201w)

Same issue?

We've got the same complaint with iOS stable update, it seems that content blocker is not imported after the OS update:

Also here is one more bug report (update from 9.3.3 public beta 1 --> 9.3.3 public beta 2):

I think in iOS 10.1 fixed.
