Created attachment 281409 [details] Test case ContentEditable always spoken as "is editing" on voiceover in iOS. Attached test case has been tested on iOS 9. Reproduce: - Move with your finger around on the screen, over the "hi", and the "hello world". - The div will focus and says "is editing" - It's not. Even when I double tap to enable, it says "inserting point at end" but it's not.
