Dr. Rolf Jansen
Please could you consider to implement the lately required HTTP Digest Access Authentication algorithm additions as described in RFC 7616 - HTTP Digest Access Authentication <https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7616>. I am the developer of an embedded web server and it was quite easy to implement said additions at the server side, so I can imagine that it should no be too difficult to get it in on the client side as well without major hassle.
Many thanks for your kind consideration.
Best regards
Rolf Jansen

WebKit doesn't implement HTTP itself, it relies on platform frameworks.
Since this is filed against a nightly build, I assume that this report is about OS X. Could you please file a bug at https://bugreport.apple.com?
