STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 0. Make the inspector detached 1. Open two browser windows, A and B. 2. Inspect page in window A, producing Inspector(A) 3. Switch to window B 4. Switch back to Inspector(A) 5. Cmd-L EXPECTED: URL in address bar of window A is selected ACTUAL: URL in address bar of window B is selected REGRESSION: Reproduces in Safari 9.1.1 and ToT
