In Safari's Privacy settings what is your "Cookies and website data setting"? If it is blocking this is a known bug (and a duplicate of others). If it is not, then it is a new issue. In my previous reply, my Cookies and website data setting is "Allow from websites I visit". Also, I tried changing it to "Always allow", still encountering the same problem.
