3. Scroll down,up,left,right
4. You can see little broken/stutters.
Note: On OS X Safari no issue.

I test with Safari iOS 9.3.2 on iPad Pro 9,7 inch. Same issue!

Scroll left,right.
You can see not smooth.
On OS X no issue
