I am not sure: is this webkit bug or Safari issue in iOS. You has iOS device. I test with iPad Pro 9,7 inch + iOS 9.3.1 Safari (BuildID: 13E238) Go to https://bugreport.apple.com/ Create report and upload 1mb size mp4 or mov video file (e.g QuickTime record video). Bug report created See top right, so red note. Tap on this button, then tap the video, it comes new website in Safari iOS. Now!! - The video I cannot download (iOS Open in window missing) - Streaming not working (tap the play button)

I'm guessing that the https://bugreport.apple.com site does not support byte-range requests, which are required for video playback on iOS. So this should be reported, ironically, through https://bugreport.apple.com to add byte-range support for attachments.

Very good idea, because this Apple Bug Reporter site has not redesign to flat design as iTunes connect. Please add to redesign list!!

When you fix this for https://bugreport.apple.com/? Since first version the site not fixed. Very old issue! Again: I cannot download my recording video with my iPad Pro 12.9 inch e.g with Safari iOS 10 or other webkit browser. I dont need macOS device (MacBook 2016) download my recording video. This is not the solution.
