This change causes Safari in iOS Simulator to crash loading just about anything that uses JavaScript. I filed https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=156842.

This causes a memory regression, and was rolled out in r200095.

Taking care of some paperwork: * The change was rolled out again in http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/200134 * The underlying issue was resolved in Radar 25945386 * Once that change has landed, we can roll this change back in again.
