WebKit2/UIProcess/API/gtk/APIWebsiteDataStoreGtk.cpp needs an implementation for WebsiteDataStore::defaultMediaCacheDirectory()

Hi Phil, this is still unimplemented. Do our ports not use media cache?

Looks like it's only used by GPU process and Cocoa code, so I think it would be unused? Should probably create it anyway, I guess.
