Similarly, rename the following as well:
1. JSDollarVM ==> JSUnderscoreDbg.
2. JSDollarVMPrototype ==> JSUnderscoreDbgPrototype.
2. Options::useDollarVM ==> Options::useUnderscoreDbg.

Nevermind.  I don't need to do this because I've found a way to use the @$vm name in builtins.
